In a time of global financial instability, environmental devastation, corporate corruption, religious hypocrisy and some really bad hairstyles – a new generation of bold, smart, empowered women are starting a Redvolution by creating positive change on the planet through their delightfully unorthodox spirituality. They are spiritual superheroines who refuse to play by religious, cultural, sexual, or political rules.  They have a fearless commitment to truth and freedom, service and justice, red wine, sex toys and gold body glitter….for all.

Redvolution illustrates the unique stories of these powerful women and how they transformed into spiritual superheroines: the obstacles they faced (dysfunctional relationships, racism, substance abuse, eating disorders, cancer, self-doubt, rape, financial ruin, old men with white beards in the sky), the tools they used (blowing up boxes, discovering the feminine divine, becoming their own authority, unifying sexuality and spirituality, turning red, and rebelling in the name of love) as well as, their triumphs, loves, dreams, desires and embodied wisdom.

Our journey will be guided by Sera Beak, aka Spiritual Cowgirl, a Harvard scholar of comparative religions.  Riding bareback with the Spiritual Cowgirl will be Rha Goddess, a spiritual hip hop social-political activist who empowers young women from the inner cities to step up and speak out;  The Badass Coach, a suburban mom who ditched her high paying corporate job in order to teach women how to unleash  their “inner badass”;  and Hoopgirl, a hula-hoop  instructor dedicated to raising the self-confidence of women and healing body image issues.

Introducing The Crazy Sexy Revolutionary, a stage 4 cancer survivor who is single handedly changing the medical world through alternative health, spiritual awareness, humor, and a crazy sexy attitude; The Crimson Combatress, the second ever female Sergeant Major at  The Citadel who is fighting for women’s rights and  the divine feminine within the military; and The Shamanic Cheerleaders, an eclectic feisty pep squad cheering for the spirit in us all.

Also featuring legendary novelist, Tom Robbins; Jungian psychotherapist, Marion Woodman; visionary extraordinaire, Jean Houston, best-selling Conversations with God author, Neale Donald Walsch, acclaimed religion scholar, Elaine Pagels; Rumi translator, Coleman Barks; and a host of illuminating visionaries, scholars, mystics, archetypes, and seemingly ordinary every day superheroes and superheroines.
